You see the wasted motion.
You know where the business is losing time, but you do not need another software project to manage.
True North AI helps owners, CIOs, COOs, and operating teams turn repetitive business processes into working AI-assisted workflows. We map the work, connect the systems you already use, implement the automation, and measure whether it actually improved the operation. Vendor-neutral. Infrastructure-first. Built for measurable progress in roughly 90 days.
No discovery theater. No 90-page decks.
This is for organizations with real processes, real systems, and real operational friction.
You know where the business is losing time, but you do not need another software project to manage.
Teams are copying information, chasing approvals, routing requests, updating systems, and rebuilding the same reports.
The solution still has to be secure, maintainable, measurable, and compatible with the systems already in place.
Sales, service, finance, field operations, administration, or internal support has a process that should work better.
If the goal is simply to learn about AI, this probably is not the right engagement. If there is a process worth fixing, we should talk.
The useful question is not “Where can we use AI?” It is “What work should not require this much manual effort?”
Capture requests from forms, email, documents, chat, or other inputs. Extract what matters. Classify it. Send it to the right person or system.
Move work between people, departments, agents, and systems based on business rules instead of inbox archaeology.
Create next actions, reminders, drafts, updates, and escalations automatically while keeping humans in control where judgment matters.
Turn operational information into recurring reports, summaries, exception alerts, management briefings, and decision-ready information.
Automate repetitive document processing, status updates, research, knowledge retrieval, approvals, and coordination.
Combine existing applications, APIs, data, automation, and AI models into one working process instead of another isolated demo.
Sometimes the right answer is an agent. Sometimes it is conventional automation with AI in two places. We use what fits the workflow.
No twelve-step transformation framework. Start with the operation. Build. Measure.
Tell us what happens today, where the friction is, and what a useful improvement would be worth.
We identify the inputs, decisions, handoffs, systems, failure points, risks, and human checkpoints.
We build the workflow, connect the required systems, test failure paths, and put a usable version in front of the people doing the work.
We look at cycle time, manual steps, response time, errors, throughput, staff effort, or another metric that actually matters.
The objective is not an AI strategy document. The objective is a working operational improvement we can evaluate.
Both use AI. They solve different buying problems.
Choose consulting when the problem crosses people, software, data, approvals, documents, reporting, internal processes, or multiple systems.
Choose AI Agents when the requirement is specifically a conversational voice or chat agent handling customer interactions.
True North AI is the consulting arm of TechForce Holdings. The work is led by founder Gene Jakominich Jr. from Ludlow, Vermont.
Gene brings more than 35 years in technology and operations, including U.S. Navy Gulf War service, disaster-recovery work with SunGard and Fortune 500 environments, and InfraGard involvement.
TechForce is also building its own AI systems rather than consulting from the sidelines.
We are vendor-neutral by design. OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Cloudflare, and other platforms are tools. The architecture should serve the workflow—not the vendor.
You do not need an AI roadmap before contacting us. Bring a workflow that is slow, repetitive, expensive, error-prone, or dependent on too much manual coordination. We will start there.
